Join the Celebration!  The City of Huntsville announces the Demi-Semi-Sept-Centennial!  July 12 is the City's 175th birthday celebration downtown on the Square!  Come join the fun from 5-8pm!  Booths open at 5 pm, the parade begins at 6 pm, and everyone can enjoy free food and drinks, live music, children's activities and more!  Call 936-291-5403 to find out more!  We’ll see you at the Demi-semi-sept-centennial – come share it…even if you can’t say it!
 
Here’s more:
-          Representative Kolkhorst will be leading the parade with the Mayor
-          There will be military equipment on display, including an armored Humvee
-          Rather Park will be a children’s area with crafts, displays and a limited supply of free Blue Bell!
-          On the Square, booths will include free hot dogs from CenterPoint Energy, free Blue Bell from AT&T, free bottled water from SuddenLink, fruit cups from Carriage Inn, and more!
-          We are encouraging everyone to dress/decorate in their favorite historical period
