[Ravensfort] we are the champions!!

Okay the brave souls who came out to party are Malcolm, Shanahan, Charles from Beaumont, then for  awhile Egan and Kevin. We ate in the kitchen after cleaning it up. We had a spread! Charles made his famous 1 alarm chili with rice, we had chips, dip, Shanahan's yummy bunt fruit (I forgot which fruit) cake covered in cream cheese icing, baked potatoes, sandwiches, apple pie, lots of coffee etc. We laughed, talked crazy and generally stayed warm with various stoves and burners. We ventured outside to check for wind , rain updates. I wouldn't have missed it. We had no campfire however because everything was too wet. So we decided to pack it up and all go home. As we were leaving DSD and Michelle came by and invited all to their house for cornbread and taco soup. Sorry to say it smelled soo good but we were all so full we couldn't do it justice!  But we had to visit poor Posey who got mauled by a stray dog. She is my favorite dog in the whole world and even got up, broken ribs and all to visit and smile at us. She is such a doll. If she ever runs away from home she is welcome at the farm!!  All in all it was a good day and we- those who showed up to party are the pitty party champions!!
