[Ravensfort] New Baronial Chronicler for Raven's Fort

I don't know if I know Katryne Sherborn (if I met you at Defender this year,
I'm having a senior moment and cannot remember). If that means you're new to
the Barony and stepping up to the plate already, I'll save the VIVATs for
later and give a hill-rending WOO HOO!!!!

Thanks so much for taking this VERY important office! I have every
confidence that Lord Devin will help you get off to an excellent start.
