Ok so this is twice now that information that was discussed at populace has not made it out to the people.

Seriously, WE need someone to take notes at the meetings!!  :)

So someone please volunteer to take notes!

The officers agreed that this meeting would need to be a day earlier than usual with Bordermarch Autumn Melees being Thursday thru Sunday Some off the officer would not be able to attend. This was discussed at populace and officers before hand so that everyone would be on track.

Next weeks officer meeting will be at Van Thongs, Wednesday at 
  7pm.  If you need to have a check cut, show up.  We can discuss the 
  alternatives for meetings at that time.
