Howdy, folks. I'm Anne, Stargate's Chronicler, and I am a benign lurker on
your list. Wait, that kinda makes me sound like some form of marine life ...
Anyhoo, I am also the Gate Coordinator for Stargate Yule and Kingdom
Eisteddfod, which is this Saturday, December 4th, at St. Giles Presbyterian
Church, 5900 Pinemont Drive, Houston, TX 77092, and why I have come out of
lurk mode.

To which I reply:

How can anyone even contemplate leaving before partaking of the delicious
feast that is being prepared by HL Alden Drake? Herbed white bean soup with
onion and bacon tartes, chicken fricassee with wild rice pilaf, rosemary
dijonn pork loin with green beans almondine, and Bouche de Noel -- YUM!

And yes, I actually can use more help for gate if anyone is interested in
sitting a shift. I had a couple of last minute cancellations so please email
me privately at imstephw at swbell.net if you are interested and available.
Gate is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm with 2-hour shifts. I will provide
chocolate to my staff and I will gladly repay the favor by working gate for
one or more of Ravensfort's upcoming events.

Even if you can't or don't want to sit gate, I would be delighted to see any
and all of you at Stargate Yule. Happy holidays!
