[Ravensfort] New Baronial Chronicler for Raven's Fort

I will get with both the Seneschal and new Chronicler as well as Ari Greycloak 
who still has the files.
Also, Baroness Chrystal found a 2 drawer file cabnit at a garage sale today for 
$4 bucks!
