Unto the good and gentle populace of Raven's Fort


 I Lemoine de Gascony send greetings. My lady wife Rosalia and myself have
returned from the south where we witnessed the investiture of their
excellencies Robert and Simone as the new baron and baroness of Stargate,
along with the elevation of new Pelican Isobal. Both of the ceremonies were
wonderful to witness. Also Rosalia and myself had the honor of being called
from the ranks of the baronial guard to attend to the their excellencies
through out the day. We also had the honor to aid their chamberlain Lord
Detlef von Marburg during the day. Lord Detlef not only took the time to
share his knowledge of the workings of court with us, he also gave a very
illuminating class on the subject. We also shared fellowship with their
excellencies of Bjornsborg, Suzanne and Philippe, who have always treated
folk from Raven's Fort with great hospitality and warmth. Her excellency of
Bjornsborg Mistress Suzanne also took time out of her busy day to aid me in
preparing my class to be given at this years King's College. The feast was a
wonderful mix of great food and drink with singing and story telling on the
side. We had a great time and enjoyed meeting new and wonderful folks from
around this great kingdom.
