BTW: There is a digital signature associated with the PDF and that is acceptable for a written signature.  The program took me though setting it up and is not hard to follow.

I'm hoping that this may help your populace submit things for your newsletters. They can fill it out on line, save to the desk top and email it to you with their submission.  I'm also putting in the model release, have as many people fill these out as possible and keep them on file.  It they fill them out correctly you can use any photo you have of them as long as you have the photographer's release too.  Just cuts out one step.
