I would add to this, 
The Montgomery County Library in Conroe 
will be closing early on the third Thursday this month.
It was decided that we will hold Officers Meeting 
at Van Thong for this month only.
We will be back at the library in May.

Also,
I would like to help with resetting the Stones.
I helped move them from the old site 
when we first placed them on the hill.
I have helped reset twice since then.
I would like to have a hand in this clean up as well.
Please let me know when this is happening.

  Greetings to all,  
     Last nights Populace was attended by approximately 35 people. The news is as follows-
  Mistress Shanahan- stressed the need for people to bring a project to the demo meeting at the end of this month. She also would like artisans to show their crafts. An English dance class is in the beginning plannings by Jaycinth. More info to follow. Giovanna will do a beginning sewing class in the fall for the Raven's Guild and other interested populace members. Don Charles and Taco won several awards in a mundane contest called the Brew Off. Don Charles won a silver and Taco won a silver and a bronze. Vivat to them!
  Aiden the Apothecary is in the beginning stages of a guild called Raven's Apothecary. And Keely is doing research and possibly starting a Bardic Guild.  Go Guilds!! 

  Rosalia of Raven's Fort- the student guild has been very busy. They had a second archery day. They are participating in a Lion's Club day where they will dress in garb as a fundraiser. Rosalia will step down as President of the Raven's Guild this May. She has done a wonderful job even though she went to school, held a job, worked events, held guild meetings and got married during it all. Vivat to Rosalia!

  Don Charles-rapier practice continues to be held every Monday night at 6 pm. They had 3 last month. They are thinking of bumping the time up and will discuss this at a later date.

  Two officer positions are now declared open and will be advertised in the Quoth. Our Reeve position and our A&S position will be taking applications until May  31. The position will be warranted at this summer's Round Table. Please send your app to the Coastal Regional officer of that position, the Seneschal, the current officer and one copy to the B&B.

  Lord Devin- the demo was discussed.
  We need help in all areas and many people to do them. We need villagers to walk around the area as well as fighters, artisans, musicians etc. We will set up on Thursday, April 28. The demo will run Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-5, and Sunday 12-5.Gavin Rede will take pictures of the demo for us.  Take down help will be needed as well. This demo is important for our Barony so please come and help.

  B&B- site maintenance was discussed. A workday of Saturday May 21 was set. Lunch to be provided by Their Excellencies. Sir Kief has taken on the responsibility of being curator of our dear Stones.  HE DSD also spoke of the need and desire to do this important project. We are sure work will get started on this soon. The workday will also be a day of cutting the deadfall around the site and  the planning  of a new metal stand for the kitchen water. Berengaria's husband, Billy, attended the meeting and he will help us in these projects.We will need all hands that day to chain saw, haul off the wood with tractor and truck. The weather will be milder than in August and will leave less to do then which is the reason for an early May workday. Mirabellis will take on the equestrian area cleaning and redoing whatever needs to be done there. We will be building the gallery again with treated wood and Brian will be the go to person for this.  All the people who have volunteered to do a project will need our help so keep posted as info will come from them.

   We need an Autocrat for Defender. It will be set at May Populace so we can begin planning. All of our champions will run their list so it is an easy event to run etc.
   I may have forgotten something as it was a lot to digest but I know the officers will correct me if need be.
