I wasn't freaking out but there were some really weird posts 
on other lists.  So basically it's going from 4 Regions to 3 Regions.  
But the individual groups won't change except to who they report to for their 
reports if I'm understanding correctly.  And no more 2 or 3 events all on 
the same weekend like it is now.

        There is no need for "panic" or "freak out".  It's just a slight 
        reshuffling for administrative purposes and better calendar event 
        organization. Here is  what is being proposed:
        

        Region 1: Aldersrhue, Chemin Noir, Mooneschadowe,
        Northkeep, Eldern Hills, Namron, Skorragardr, Wiesenfeuer 
        (8groups)
         
        Region 2: Steppes, Rosenfeld, Elfsea, Glaslyn, 
        Lindenwood,DFT, Loch
        Ruadh, Emerald Keep, Bonwicke, Blacklake (10 groups)
         
        Region 3: Stargate, Bordermarch, Seawinds, Loch Soilleir,Gates 
        Edge,
        Bjornsborg, Ffynnon Gath, Raven's Fort, Shadowlands , BrynGwlad, 
        Hellsgate (11 groups)

          I'm not exactly sure what they're going to do.  
          Are they doing away with Regionals and just going to Kingdom 
          level?  Or somewhere in between like fewer Regionals and more 
          Deputy Regionals to cover larger areas?  I've seen some 'panic' 
          posts on other sites but even those didn't say what the new plan was, 
          it was just freak outs about change.
