They had a problem once before and a lot of people didn't get theirs.  When I contacted Kingdom about it they were out of extra copies because it had been a poor printing job but did send me a pdf file so I would have something.  Contact them.

  PS -- Mine is mailed from Knoxville on a bulk mail permit. If they're mailed in batches and/or from multiple locations, that could explain a lot.
