[Ravensfort] News letter cost

Then we need to speak to the powers that be about producing a Kingdom newsletter 
and mailing from Kingdom and not going through Corporate. If that is possible, 
then I see no need in being a "member" in the Corporate sense. If we as a 
Kingdom can produce and mail our own newsletter, then we should.
I know that will never happen, but it would be nice.

If I remember correctly the orginal email said that Corporate was going 
virtual.  That the stipends could be replaced by kingdoms raising funds for 
kingdom levels.
