[Ravensfort] News letter cost

It doesnt. I think we are getting caught up in the coming storm. I am all for 
people 

sponsoring a month of the Quoth. I think the Barony should be more involved with 
it.
But it started out as the BoD killing stipends that help produce a hard copy 
Kingdom
newsletter and that I do not like.
Can we come up with ways to help keep our Black Star?

I am confused. I think I read the Kingdom wants to do virtual Black Stars but
