[Ravensfort] Round Table Report and Info for the Quoth

There are a lot of changes coming to all Officers positions regarding data collected and reporting.  It will make it easier to do the reports online and send them in to Regional/Deputy Kingdom levels.

Regarding Knight Marshal, the experimental flail is null and void.  Apparently only Ansteorrans could make them properly.  There will be (in the future) some changes to other experimental weapons.  There are also plans for a data base that will allow fighters to print their own authorization cards (multiple times if you happen to wash one, etc) but unless you're authorized you can not just go print one and say "Now I'm a fighter".

Until such changes come down through the chain, i.e. Earl Marshal, Regional, Local Knight Marshal any information you receive from a list is not valid.  Once something as been approved it will be placed in the Handbook.

It was also officially announced in the Great Hall meeting that Giovanna and Pace are B&B incoming.  Another announcement that concerns ALL Officers is that should reports not be filed in a timely manner that office of Xyx Barony will be suspended.  So if a report is past due without contacting the next level up from Raven's Fort all activity for that office will be suspended.  This includes waivers, monthly reports, any paperwork required from an Office.

I'm please to announce that the Knight Marshal's Office of Raven's Fort did not make the Naughty List.
