Yes Aramark is just that. When my daughter's club in high school wanted to have a bake sale in the cafeteria at lunchtime Aramark wouldn't allow it because it ruled there as well. They have achieved  quite a monopoly all over the US in the past several years and are very stringent in their rule! G
