[Ravensfort] Spring event date

With any luck we should have date for the spring event very soon. The
Seneshal H.E. Musashi no Domai was going to take the paper work to the guild
together to get it signed by the B&B. The only thing left is to get it into
the mail and have kingdom assign us a date.
