[Ravensfort] electronic newsletters, local & kingdom

So, with the advent of electronic newsletters, does this mean that electronic 
means of communication are "Official" ?  Always before, any electronic means of 
coimmunication has ben listed as an "Unofficial " means of communication.  


Just curious since our newsletters, particularly the Kingdom one is listed as an 
"Official " means of communication.
