[Ravensfort] index cards and awards

Dear Populace and students, at several meetings we have tried to get an
index card info thing on all interested Populace members. If you have not
had the opportunity to fill one out please send us the following info.-
full mundane name
full SCA name
address
phone numbers
do you get text?
all awards you have received including service awards from anywhere


These cards have already helped us with correct spellings of names and has
given us a good idea of who has what award and who might be up for one in
the future. We also have used them to text and have correct phone numbers of
members. They have been invaluable.
 I will fill one out for you if you haven't done one yet. Please consider
sending your info to us.


On another note- it is time to nominate people for awards- send us the names
and ideas of people who may be earning something. Maybe you have seen time
spent that we have not. Please consider sending awards in for Defender. It
is time and easily done on line.
