BBQ pit is what started the fire between Navasota and TRF.  No fireworks.  No wood or charcoal fires unless it can be used where nothing else will catch on fire. Today's Wildfire Prevention tip will focus on outdoor cooking. During the current extreme fire danger please do not use charcoal or wood fired bbq pits or grills. Consider using a grill or pit fired by LP or natural gas if available. All outdoor cooking should be done as far away as possible from anything that will burn.




      Runa mentioned at Business Mtg that due to the burn ban that we could not bring BBQ pits into Montgomery County (mis-understood her maybe?).

        Runa.                   2 med. watermelons, frozen popcicle thingys & probably something else-will have large ice chest if someone                            needs to put cold stuff in it

        Devin.                  Banana Pudding

        Jalalli & Nerak.    Beans + cornbread

        Alaric & Tareija.  Broccoli Salad

        Chrystal.              Salsa & Chips + (1) Watermelon + ???
