[Ravensfort] Question

In meeting other SCA people online I make it a point to check out their websites.  I came across the Barony of the Cleftlands' site.  They have a link to things to help with events such as http://cleftlands.cwru.edu/Autocrat-checklist.pdf and http://cleftlands.cwru.edu/Feast-checklist.pdf.  This struck me as being very helpful.  Could we have something like this on our web page?
