[Ravensfort] Question

There are many guidelines and checkoff lists available online, do a search for autocrat or feastocrat and see what you can find.   I have a copy of one for autocrats i've used before somewhere.....

Personally I think if people had access to what is involved in 
the different aspects of being "in charge" of something at an event that more 
people might step up.  I know with feast having a check list would have 
really been nice.  Same I'm guessing with Autocrat/Event Steward and 
Troll/Gate.  I probably wouldn't have been too tired to have fun if I had a 
plan or guideline to follow instead of flying by the seat of my 
pants.

        Bordermarch had it (being 
        step by step on what each person was supposed to do/be responsible for), 
        but I don't really know if it made it to their 
        website... yet.  
         
        I 'liberated' the use of 
        the tally sheet for each of the shifts at gate for the treasurer 
        paperwork from Bordermarch (thank you Phocas & 
        Company!!!).
         
        I think it would be 
        great to have something like that available to people, just need to herd 
        the cats together to make it all agreeable with everyone & just make 
        it happen... which it will!
