I think that is a wise decision. Brian, could we reheat the brisket in the oven 
and not have any outdoor fire? I am also bringing a loaf of Italian bread.

In light of the grimes county fire started by a bbq pit, I'm leaving the smoker. 
 It does get extremely hot.  Still bringing chickens and flag cake though....
