Hmmm... that may be the best idea considering Populace is shortly before Coronation (based on the Ansteorran online calendar).  If anyone is able to attend Coronation (and alas, I'll be timing another endurance ride that weekend... dang it!) maybe the information will still be fresh in everyone's minds.

  Actually His Excellency and I had already planned on some informational meetings at the May Populace but we are open to suggestions. We have had several inquires as to awards, what they mean, how to acquire them etc. and Protocol could very easily be a part of that meeting. I will be speaking with our Seneschal as to the possibility of a Populace because of the traveling we will be doing and the price of gas etc. In other words kill two birds with one stone?!
