[Ravensfort] Tuesday Night Practice

Okay, wunderground radar was still showing scattered showers up and down
I-45 (green and yellow stuff).  It's still throwing an occasional thunder
rumble in the area.  Fighter Practice is cancelled.  Since there is no
Populace Thursday night I encourage any fighters that are interested to
contact Lemoine about going to the Shadowlands Practice.  That is the only
day in the next 7 days that does not show any chances of rain.
