[Ravensfort] Round Table Announcements

1.  Per Sir Morgan, Ansteorra Earl Marshal:  The Earl Marshal in charge of Pennsic has requested that everyone using a Mandrake 2" thrusting tip on the end of a fiber spear please take them off, and replace the discs on the inside with new closed cell foam.  This is of course assuming that you have been using it. The foam that they come with is acceptable, but it degrades relatively quickly, so they want to be sure that all tips have new foam.   

2.  Two new experimental weapons guidelines are being written.  One will involve a spear, the other a barricade weapon (as shown to The Earl Marshal at Round Table).

3.  There really will be (eventually) a new Marshal's Handbook for Ansteorra.  A list of changes was sent to the BoD.  It was sent back with the request that (if I remember correctly) the proposed changes be numbered.
