[Ravensfort] Spring, Feb. 2013 event

Greetings unto the Barony. Here is where we stand on the event. Me and Detlef are co-autocrats. Lemoine is doing Rapier, Brandon is doing Heavy, Mirabelis is doing Equestrian. 
I will leave the specifics of each of these to the person in charge. They will need to make sure that we have authorizing Marshalls on site to get our fighters ready for Gulf Wars.
We need a Combat Archery person. If anyone in the Barony has contacts into the combat archery community, please step up and take this for us.
We have a head gate person, Baroness Chrystal and we have a Head water bearer, Lady Irial. Please step up to help these people as well.
WE NEED A FOOD Coordinator...PLEASE! No feast...just a sideboard maybe...or contact Taverns to come down and join us. Maybe the Food Person can help with Merchants if they wish to come. Need this to be done ASAP! Thank you.

We as a Barony can gather our passion and gather our strength and put on an event that will be awesome. We need everyone to help...even if you are brand new to us, we welcome your help!
