[Ravensfort] Rapier Practice October 7, 2012

[Lemoine de Gascony]

Rapier practice was good today, small but a good workout and drills were
done. In attendance were Rosalina, Heather and myself. The first 45 minutes
were spent on doing basic foot work drills, hand position drills, parring
drill, and very basic buckler drills. the next 45 minutes were spent paring
using the information learned during the drills. We started at 09:00 hours
and finished at 10:30. It was a pleasant 50 degrees when we started and a
very nice 52 degrees when we finished. The early finish time was do to the
fact there were only 3 people in attendance and sweating in the cool
weather was a concern for heath issues.
