A Celebration of the Life and Work of Artist Janais Elaine Van Zandt

 

We will be holding a celebration of the life and work of artist Janis Elaine
Van Zandt on Saturday, November 3rd, at Rio Vista Park, Pavilion A in San
Marcos. Various works from throughout her career will be on display so that
all may know the amazing talent she possessed.

 

Site opens at 11am. Please bring a covered dish; a potluck feast will be
available at noon, with turkey and ham provided.  Service will begin at 2pm,
site closes at 5pm.

 

The park is a dry site (no alcohol), beverages will be available.

 

Some tables and chairs will be provided; if you have your own, please bring
them.

 

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to
the Hays-Caldwell Women's Center in the name of Janis Elaine van Zandt.

Pavilion A is by the tennis courts and there is parking at the site with
additional parking along CM Allen.

 

An after party will be at Regina's house in Kyle at 611 Roland Lane in Kyle,
Tx 78640.

BYOB, some will be provided.  If you can carpool from San Marcos, please do.
Parking is tight at the house and the road is narrow so please don't park
along the main road.
