[Ravensfort] Coastal Baronials

Greetings to all,   
   We will be going early to Bordermarch to set up a Baronial campsite etc.  If you wish to camp with our Barony,  please email me asap so I can begin to get enough sites available. Camping is being set up very differently for this event with the list field in the middle of the large camp area behind the bathrooms.  
    We will be setting up the large yellow/black pavillion by the list field on that Friday. I am sure HE Brian will be needing help at storage to load the pavillion and water buckets before then.   
   Please come early and help. We will also be setting up water bearing to help who, from our Barony,  will be doing this supporting job for the event. 
   All are welcome to sit under the pavillion during the day's festivities, bring a chair. 
   We will also have a campfire in our camp and are looking for someone who has an above ground pit and would like everyone who can to bring wood. We also will be supporting the food vendors but will have a kitchen in the middle of the camp set up for your stove etc. if you want to cook in camp.
 PHEW! And so another event begins! This should be a fun learning experience. Those who go,  will be asked to meet with us in the weeks following the event to discuss pros and cons for future planning. We will want opinions of how it went and did it work for our Barony.
