One minor correction, Your Excellency:

asking for an autocrat to work with the appointed main one

should read

asking for a co-autocrat (I would personally prefer "co-steward," since
"co-autocrat" is a contradiction in terms) to work with the appointed main
one.

Each barony will have a co-steward who will report to the steward
coordinating the whole event. Each co-steward will coordinate each barony's
activities in the event.

Again, it's only a minor change, but it may end up making a world of
difference later on.

I can't wait to see all of you on the fifteenth! Thank you SO MUCH for the
fabulous work you've been doing to help the barony host the kingdom!
