[Ravensfort] Rapier Practice

Just a reminder that July 28 is rapier practice at the Eastham-Thomason
Park located at 1500 7th Street and Ave Huntsville, TX 77340. Starting at
09:00 a. m. and lasting to everyone is wore out. The Weather channel is
calling for 94°F High, Mostly Sunny, Chance of rain: 10% Wind, WNW at 3 mph
, Humidity: 63% UV Index: 11 - Extreme  74°F Low, and Humidity: 69% So make
sure you stay hydrated before during and after practice. Signs of Heat
Exhaustion that you need to keep an eye out for not only for yourself but
in the other fighters are: Weakness, anxiety, fatigue, headache, nausea
Profuse sweating, rapid pulse, rapid breathing Possible confusion or loss
of coordination Will lead to heat collapse or heat stroke if not treated.
