[Ravensfort] Kingdom Heraldic event

I say let's do it. The Star Principal Herald seems very enthusiastic about
Devin's putting in a bid. All we need are a venue, a gate, and an event
announcement. And in Huntsville, places to eat are not far from any point
in town.
