[Ravensfort] Work weekend this weekend

[Baron of Raven's Fort]

Greetings from the Baron.

     The scheduled work weekend at the Stones is "weather permitted". The
gates will be unlocked, but due to the potentials for heavy rain and high
winds I am strongly discouraging camping this weekend.
In the past, when extreme weather hit, there has been at least one occasion
where participants couldn't leave site until flood waters receded.
Some have indicated to me that they plan to make the most of this weekend.
I only ask this.
First... Bring enough food and drinking water to last a couple of days.
Second... If you're going, please tell people you're going to be there so
we know to look for you.
Third... Use the buddy system. Go with a friend so if the unforeseen
occurs, help is there.
Fourth... When you leave site, please post and let us know you're home
safe.
     This society is a huge part of my life, as I know it is for many of
you. Our upcoming event is very important.
But the most valuable part of our society are each and every one of you.
Never miss an opportunity to put your safety and security first.
