[Ravensfort] Gate Updates

After speaking with Their Excellencies, we have changed the amount of gate
shifts and will also close gate a little earlier than originally planned.

We had a couple of volunteers last night and this morning.  We still need a
few more shifts to cover.  We absolutely can do this, but it takes all of
us pulling together to make it work.  I appreciate each and every person
who has stepped up to help with gate shifts.
