[Ravensfort] Mailing list access

All officers should have access to our mailing list via their official
email address.  Please go to this link and request access.  Otherwise you
have to wait until a moderator goes to the list and forwards your email to
the list.  Please make sure the Baron, Baroness and the Seneschal has the
passwords for the official email and the list.

ALL official posts must be on the mailing list as it is the official
communications.  Things can be posted on Facebook regarding practices,
meetings, events,etcetera.  At that point it can be posted on Facebook.
