[Ravensfort] Sherwood Faire planning session.

Greetings!!!

We are excited to be able to work with Sherwood Forest Faire again this
year!!!
We will have a booth and this season we will be able to have both Chivalric
and Rapier fighting demos along with A&S demos.

There will be a planning meeting at Bryn Gwlad's Candlemas on February
1st.  Time is set for noon - during the Nobles Luncheon.

We would love for you, your group's Hospitaler and B&B, to join us to learn
about this very exciting opportunity to showcase the SCA to the patron's of
Sherwood Forest Faire.

We will cover several topics including; working with each group to pick one
weekend to run point, the SWFF clothing guide, how park passes will work,
and how volunteer organization and sign up will be handled this year.

This season's schedule is;

Opening Weekend 2/29 - 3/1
3/7 - 3/8
3/14 - 3/15
3/20 (Friday) 3/21 & 3/22 [Gulf Wars]
3/28 - 3/29
4/4 - 4/5
4/11 - 4/12
Closing Weekend 4/18 - 4/19
