[Ravensfort] Letters of Intent/Populace/Special Edition of the "Quoth"

Greetings Raven's Fort,

As has been previously announced, after many years of Service our Sable
Winged Excellencies are stepping down.  The cry for applicants was heard
and two parties have presented Letters of Intent for the Baronial seat.

A Special Edition of the Quoth is attached, including those letters of
Intent for your perusal.

Voting is soon, and on July 8, 2021 populace will be held (meeting
information below), where the candidates will present their qualifications
and a representative of the Crown will present the virtual voting
procedures.  Following Populace a new “Quoth” will be published further
outlining these voting procedures.
