[Raven's Fort] July Populace

[Seneschal of Raven's Fort]

Due to the incoming hurricane, we have decided to postpone Populace to give
everyone more time to prepare. Once the storm has moved through, we will
look at the situation and decide on the new date. Everyone be safe!
