<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>Hi,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> Brian here and I wanted to
talk to all of you about Squires and Cadets.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> This event will be the first
week of December that basically the weekend after next. I read the post placed
by Baron David concerning a Baronial Pavilion. I have secured both the Raven's
Thunder Pavilion and the Raven's Fort Baronial Pavilion for the event for the
B&B to sit under with other members and their consorts. I have planed to
have a Largess table placed behind the B&B and have their thrones placed
under their pavilion with the Raven's Thunder Pavilion behind for additional
seating and lavish arraignments for spoiling ourselves and our guests like
carpeting, pillows, fruits, cool beverages and some incense burning for
atmosphere. Some bardic activities would be nice.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> I know I have run with this a
bit to far but would the rest of the Barony who is going to squires please
contact me and let me know what they would like to contribute and have under the
pavilion for squires. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> This is the concept and idea
that I see for the event. The Period style pavilions that are placed around the
list field should be used for extending hospitality and Largess to our opponents
regardless of the out come of our fights. I would like to think of it as
displaying one ability to be civil and eloquent while attempting to place our
opponents helmet in to their chest or dublets in to pin cushions.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> If the following Items could
be brought to squires and cadets or given to me to take to the event the Barony
as a whole would benefit.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> Any rugs that could be used
(weather permitting) </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> The Thunder Regalia like the
Benches, throw pillows </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> and
the rug and stuff that Raven's Thunder won at Contrada </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> last
year. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> Banners, Banners, Banners and
More Banners!!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> Period containers and
mundanity covers for the list area.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Please understand I am just organizing the pavilion area for
the use of the Barony. I am not trying to take over any ones idea. I am wanting
to give us a good presents as a Barony and to help all who are competing in
Squires and Cadets by giving them a place to entertain and extent certain
privileges as nobles did when at tournaments. Persona play is part of the
tournament.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2> Any one interested in helping
please call me or e-mail me.</FONT></DIV>
