<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>The Artisan of the Season will consist of 4 different artists’ </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>chosen each year for one particular style of artwork format for one </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>season. The season’s being Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Each </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>“season” will last for 3 months. During those 3 months, they will be </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>promoted and spotlighted for their talent and achievements they were </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>chosen for. Once that season is over, a new artisan is selected </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>representing the next season, to be promoted and spotlighted for </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>their talent and achievements and so on. For example, when the </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>season’s change (i.e. – winter to spring), the winter artisan will </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>continue to support, promote, learn and share their knowledge for </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>the remaining 9 months of that year, until their season comes around </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>again. When a new winter artisan is selected, the former winter </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>artisan will step out of season at that year’s end. </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>> </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>We are hoping that this will encourage our local artisan’s to </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>continue to expand their knowledge and talents even more. The more </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>abilities, talents and interests an artisan has, the more </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>opportunities for that artisan to be selected for each different </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>individual style of artwork. We hope to encourage outside support </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>and to promote multiple interests and talents. </FONT>

<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>**The artist chosen will have up to one full calendar year to </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>produce one or more handcrafted items within the artists’ area of </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>specialty. These items will be used for the gift baskets the Barony </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>will present at future GulfWar events (baskets put together will be </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>given to another kingdom. The barony has currently been assigned the </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>Kingdom of Antir, though this may possibly change in the future) and </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>both future January and July Coronation events (baskets which will </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>be given ongoing) for the incoming and outgoing Majesties. </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>> </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>**The artist chosen will be required to produce 2 articles for the </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>baronial newsletter, Quoth the Raven within a specified amount of </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>time. The first article would be due sometime during the artists’ </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>“season” (during the first 3 mos.) and the second article would be </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>due sometime within the remaining 9 mos. time frame (before their </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>year is complete). Attaching a bibliography would be GREATLY </FONT>

<P><FONT color=#ffff00>>first inductees were. </FONT></P>

<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>artisan will be “showcased” at that meeting. A “show and tell” (if </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>> you will) of their skills and specialty by the artist bringing </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>examples of past/current/future projects and the artist standing up </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>for five </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>> to ten minutes and talk on their subject of specialty and </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>skills. </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>**Opportunity to be seen & heard in various formats (newsletters, </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>person, spoken about constructively, etc) throughout the kingdom </FONT>

<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>submitting of the names that live within the zip codes belonging to </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>the Barony of Raven’s Fort. They may choose one artisan, with one </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>style of artwork per season. If someone has many talents/interests </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>to choose from, they will have more opportunities to be “seasonal </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>artists’”. The selection process will be done during the one month </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>prior to the season starting. They will have up to 30-31 days </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>(depending upon the number of days in the month) to get the </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>information to the current A&S Minister. The selection will be done </FONT>

<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>>seen for the remaining 3 seasons (summer, fall & winter) equaling 4 </FONT>
