<DIV class=RTE>In light of the spirit of forgiveness and new beginnings spreading through the barony I want to ask you, the people, an important question. Here goes:</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>Should we allow those who have previously been banished from this list a second chance by allowing them back on the list?</DIV>
