and everyone that participated considered the affair a success.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Many thanks to the pure hearted
gentles that encouraged your households to attend.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Your honorable efforts clearly show
who is working for the success of our Barony.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The goodwill that you put forth
helps us recover from our troubled past and raises us above the small
nuisances of the present.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Selfless actions are their own reward and virtue.</P>

the whole of the populace of Raven’s Fort for their unending dedication to

</SPAN>It is easy to see the love you have for our Barony.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It separates you from those of
lesser heart.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Without you the
Autocrat is naught.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Our Seneschal’s computer is
on the blink so she was very forceful in requesting that I relay her message
of thanks as well.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Giovanna is
very pleased with the hospitality that was shown to the guest in our Barony.
<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>She will state it herself with
more elegance when she is able, but she wants us to know that she is proud
of all of us.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Dido from me.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Though the attendance was not
as great as we would have liked, without putting pen to paper yet, I believe
that we will break even on the event.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>This will put us in a very strong position as we move on to the
Defender of the Fort event.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Still in our pockets and ready to go are Defender’s site and feast
tokens, several prizes, other random supplies and a large portion of the
feast.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>While brainstorming over
a post event meal, Kitsune, Charles and I have came up with a plan to
utilize the apples, peaches and pork that was not used in a unique culinary
feast that will cost the Barony little or nothing.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>We will be presenting more
information on this at Officers Meeting this month.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">I will post a
complete event wrap-up after Baron Charles and I have closed the
financial books on A Day at The Stones of Raven’s Fort, but for now, I just
had to say thank you so much to all that worked on and attended the
event.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It was a weekend of
relaxed camaraderie and near perfect weather.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Cool enough at night for pleasant
sleeping, days that were not too warm for all activities and a steady breeze
that kept our Raven Flags dancing.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Archers, Equestrians and Fighters all went away smiling.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The bonfire was torched and the
music and sing-alongs left everyone with a happy heart. <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Raven’s Fort has finally had its
successful event.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>A blessing on
all that made it happen.</P>
