<DIV>P. S. Thanks also to James for the generous loan of his
water-blaster. It is a third generation machine with a small leak under a
weaved metal hose that grew with use. As the leak grew, of course the
blast pressure shrank. I managed to complete about 60% of the dome before
the blast coming out of the leak was greater than the blast coming out of the
gun. I do not have the tools to fix the fitting leak. If anyone has
a suggestion of a repair shop that works with compression fitting
tools for hose clamps, please forward it on to me. </DIV>

prep</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>Greetings all,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I am looking to barrow a water-blaster to finish cleaning the dome at the
Gundy Site. Crown Tourney is a few months away and I would like to have
the dome painted before hand. This will take: finishing the blast
cleaning, prime coat, applying base colors and then adding designs and
accents. If someone that owns a water-blaster would bring one to
Officers Meeting it would help greatly. If one is not available I will
see about renting one, but it would be nice to avoid that cost. Thanks
ahead of time to who ever can help me out with this. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I cut the grass at the New Site yesterday. The rain rolled in just
after I finished. Even during this "no such thing as global warming"
drought and record temps the grass seed that I put down in the spring has
sprouted and is covering well. Knocking down the weeds and the watering
we got will help make a solid cover before Crown.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I nailed some supports onto legs of a tavern table as well. Time
marches on.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>There is still a lot of cleaning up to do before Crown. We made a
very good start last winter, but if we want to impress the Kingdom when they
see our site for the first time we need to tidy up a bit. We have also
made a good start at The Stones site for the big Defender & Baronial 20
Year, but still have a long way to go there too. I realize this is the
hottest time of the year, however, our efforts now will let us shine
then. We will not be expelled from the New Site during deer season so we
will have October to January to work there. I will be working both
places when possible.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Giovanna mentioned having a Gundy Site - Site Improvement Committee
meeting before the end of the month. We will be meeting with Michael,
the land owner, to set our priorities and hopefully work dates. I look
forward to working with all of you.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Peace,</DIV>
