<DIV>I was referring to the core group. The people who live here, own land here, work here and ETC. The college guild never interred my mind. I personally think the students should focus on their mundane studies and other college activities. Them getting their degree is very important to me. I want to see all my college guild friends / members do very well in the mundane world and SCA world. </DIV>

So we are going to be going out and telling folks<BR>around the kingdom how great Raven's Fort is and to come to our<BR>events. So we are not going to be around for work weekends. Those<BR>people that do not travel out of the barony very much need to sit down<BR>and figure out what they want to do.<BR><BR>As for the new people “stepping up to the plate”
Most of them are<BR>college students, that need to put their mundane life in before of the<BR>SCA. I am not a fan of the guilt trip tactics being used to try and<BR>get people to take offices. I for one found them to very offensive. Do<BR>not get me wrong I have the deepest respect for people that hold an<BR>office time in and time out simply changing the hat they ware every so<BR>often.
