by the Library at lunch.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>Here is the scoop.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>The Montgomery County Library in
Conroe</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>(exit 105 north or south)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>has two private meeting rooms
available.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>One seats 25 and the other is much
bigger.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>We can use the rooms, </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>but the catch is that we can not
reserve until 90 days in advance.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>Since I was there, I booked the room
for 25 to make sure we did not loose the dates.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>November is already booked by someone
else.</FONT> </DIV></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>The SCA is reserved for December
16th and January 20th from 7-8:30 PM.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>We can decide at this month's Officers
Meeting if we want to make this change.</FONT></DIV></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>If we decide that we do not want to
meet there, it will be easy to cancel.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>I will volunteer to call each month 90
days in advance to reserve the room.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><BR></DIV>Yes, it was brought up briefly at populace this month.
Not to move the city location just the meeting location place. I brought
it up as an alternative to meet some place like the library in Conroe versus a
restaurant. I personally would rather get business over and done with
and go socialize after, pick a different place to go...be adventurous!!
That and I have horses to feed and all that good stuff so I need to feed them
and not go eat out myself so much. It adds up :) <BR><BR>Which
brings me to another point of having an agenda. So, I would like to put
on the agenda to talk about alternative meeting locations. Anyone else
have anything they would like to bring up at the business meeting? As
the note taker for the business meeting, I would like to have an idea of what
we need to talk about and go from there. Time is money to some but time
is precious to me :) I have way to many irons in the fire and would like
to have things go business like when they need to be and then we can play
