<DIV><BR></DIV>SCA Volunteer Agreement<BR><BR>The new SCA Volunteer Agreement
form has been pulled for a rework. <BR>Constructed at member request, the form
was intended to protect groups <BR>from loss of access to programming code in
the event that a programmer <BR>left the group, the actual form conflicted with
most programmers ability <BR>to use their own code in other endeavors.
Commentary on the form was <BR>accepted through December 5, and has been
collected for review. Thank <BR>you for your patience as the form is
