I saw a show on James Audubon and learned that when he began his painting of birds, he killed everyone of them and posed them to better paint their likeness! The Audubon society changed the killing idea later. Very interesting stuff especially since they ended up protecting the very animals he killed. At least that is what the show said. How does the stamp I gave you compare? It looks like the bird is fluffy on the stamp. Maybe he was outside yesterday. The water in our birdbaths did not thaw all day! symbolic of how I see myself but not the barony..... I am alittle rough around
the edges but strong of heart for my barony! The barony it self is full of
diverse minds that do not always think alike but always pull together when we
hold our events or host a kingdom function. Each of us independent and unique
in our own way but all have a burning love for what we call OUR BARONY. That
is what makes Raven's Fort ............ Raven's Fort.</div>
