Personal addresses which are published on the web are available to anyone and I can't even tell you the number of times my Black Star was open and obviously read before delivery... So I do not consider it "lunacy " to make sure that people's privacy is protected. <br>The Quoth is available to anyone in and out of Kingdom and its function is to announce events and happenings in the group as well as offering a way to contact officers, not private individuals. A domesday book however is a big address book that is distributed directly to the individuals requesting a copy within the Barony, so the information does not get spread out every where.
