Arts Enthusiasts!<BR><BR>It's been a few years since the last
fiber college - it's time for another! This time the
Fiber College will be held near Tyler, TX so that it can be
more centrally located. The site is the church we held
Kingdom Arts and Sciences in a few years ago.
<BR><BR>There are also a couple of yarn/fiber shops nearby,
one of which is willing to stay open late and might even give
us a discount. We are hoping that this can be a free or
low-cost event. <BR><BR>More details as we have
them.<BR><BR>Please save July 23, 2011 on your calendars for
hours of fiber fun!<BR><BR>Now that you've got July 23 saved,
I am officially soliciting class ideas and instructors.
We're looking for classes on fibers, making and doing things
with string - nalbinding, sprang, embroidery, spinning, a
gazillion types of weaving, fiber prep and more. We have
one basketmaking class already confirmed. There's an
area for wet crafts - I'm looking at you, dyers and
