Whew!  HOW did you get so much donated?  I don't think that is common around
here, but I'd love to try it out and see what happens.  Is this common
elsewhere?  

Unless the event is a fund raiser I can't imagine why you'd charge as much as
$7 a head when you've got this much food for 60 people.  Even accounting for
feeding the cooks and servers and various others who may be on hand but not
sitting down to eat.  That sounds like more than enough for up to 100,
especially if your hunting goes well.
